- Which countries do you deliver to?We deliver to 30 destinations: the EU except Malta and Cyprus (for Spain, the mainland and the Balearics, not the Canary Islands; for Portugal, the mainland plus the Azores and Madeira), plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
- Can you send a sample to the US (or another country outside Europe)?No. The delivery limit applies to samples too: a sample has to go to an address in Europe or the UK, the same as an order.
- Can you ship to the US or outside Europe?We deliver to 30 destinations: the EU except Malta and Cyprus (mainland Spain and the Balearics, not the Canary Islands), plus the UK, Switzerland and Norway.
- Do you ship DDP? Who pays import VAT and customs for the UK, Switzerland and Norway?Not at the moment. Outside the EU we deliver to the UK, Switzerland and Norway on a DAP basis (Delivered At Place), not DDP: the recipient receives the parcel and handles import VAT and customs clearance themselves, and a carrier customs-clearance charge of around €30 per shipment applies on top of the shipping rate.
- Do you ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Asia?No. We currently deliver within Europe and the UK only, so we can't ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Asia.
- Do you deliver outside Europe and the UK?We deliver to Europe and the UK only. That limit is on the delivery address rather than on where you're based.
- I’m based outside Europe. Can I still work with Fabrixa?Yes, as long as the goods are delivered to addresses in Europe or the UK.
- Do you deliver to the Canary Islands, Malta or Cyprus?No. For Spain we deliver to the mainland and the Balearic Islands, but not the Canary Islands.
- Where are products shipped from?It depends on the product. Apparel ships from our production facility in Portugal; bedding and other home textiles from our facility in Spain; and the sublimation range (doormats, bath mats, towels, kitchen textiles, rugs, yoga mats and sherpa fleece) from our facility in the Netherlands.
- Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up point or parcel locker?Our standard delivery is door to door to the recipient's address, so pick-up points and parcel lockers aren't offered as a general option.
- Is there a parcel weight limit on large orders?Parcels cap at around 30 kg, so a large order will be split across several shipments rather than travelling as one.
