The base material
Three cotton weaves, three different feels. One thread count.
The three duvet bases all run at 210 thread count — the European mid-premium bedding standard. What changes is the weave structure and the resulting hand: Percale is crisp and breathable, Sateen is soft and lustrous, the Cotton-Linen blend is naturally textured with linen’s slubbed character.
Reactive AOP works across all three. Each weave takes the dye slightly differently, but colour saturation and durability stay consistent — the same artwork file produces three distinct product lines from one Spanish production line.

Cotton Percale
Plain weave, tight construction — the hotel-bedding archetype. Structured hand, cool breathability, the classic European bedding spec. Percale gets crisper with every wash.

Cotton Sateen
Sateen weave gives a smooth, slightly lustrous face with a soft hand — the premium boutique-hotel feel, closer to silk-touch on cotton economics. Drapes naturally over the bed.

Cotton-Linen blend
90% cotton with 10% linen for natural texture and slubbed character. A lightweight, slightly textured face that softens with use — the natural-luxury bedding choice.
The print & ordering
Reactive AOP on the top face. Your design, printed in.
Industrial reactive print bonds dye into the cotton fibres — the colour is the fabric. Top face fully printed; reverse side in white, blue, pink or any custom solid colour. Pillowcases get full-coverage AOP on both sides.

Wash & care
Built for hotel laundry cycles, comfortable for home use.
Care labels printed inside the duvet, translated to your destination market. Recommendation for end customers:

Up to 60°C for hospitality-grade hot wash. Inside-out preserves the AOP edges.

Low heat preserves yarn integrity. Hang-drying is fine, especially on the Cotton-Linen blend.

Which fabric should I choose: percale, sateen or cotton-linen?
Percale is matte and crisp, sateen is smooth with deeper colour, and the cotton-linen blend has a relaxed, textured hand. All three take reactive all-over print and are OEKO-TEX certified.
How long does a printed bed set take?
Printed bedding dispatches in 6 to 10 business days; solid-colour fitted sheets in 2 to 3. EU delivery follows in business days, with no customs step.
Can bedding be printed?
