- What is your minimum order quantity? Are there setup fees?Our minimum order is 1, across everything.
- Do I need to combine products to reach a minimum?No. With a minimum of 1 there's no threshold to reach by combining products; you can start as small as one of each and scale with demand.
- Can you advise on my own VAT registration or OSS?We can't advise on your own VAT registration or the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS); that has real cost attached, so please check your own obligations with your accountant.
- Messages from an end customer of one of our shopsIf you bought from an online shop and have a question about your order, please contact the shop you ordered from — they handle your order and customer service directly.
- Can every mat carry a different name or design?Yes. Personalisation per piece is the normal order route: a mat with a different name each time costs the same as a repeated design, with no setup fee and no minimum per design.
- How do I get access to the platform? Is there support?The platform is self-serve: register and start straight away.
- Can I reprint the same design later?Yes, with no difficulty: there's no setup fee and no minimum per design, and the same file can be rerun whenever you want.
- Is VAT charged on shipping too?Yes. Where VAT applies, it is charged on the whole order total including the shipping line, not only on the goods.
- Are there extra print or file-preparation charges on fabric by the metre?No. On fabric by the metre there is no separate print charge, no file-preparation fee and no printing surcharge: the per-metre price is the complete printed price.
- What VAT rate is charged if I don’t have a valid VAT number?Without a validated EU VAT number, VAT is charged at the standard rate of the destination country.
- I’m a Dutch business with a VAT number. Why is VAT still charged?For businesses established in the Netherlands, Dutch domestic VAT still applies even with a valid VAT number, because the reverse charge doesn't apply to supplies within one country.
- Does it cost anything to register? Is there a minimum deposit?Registering is free and you can explore the platform freely.
- Is a plain or small design cheaper than a full print?No. Because we print the whole fabric surface before cutting and sewing, the price is identical whether your design is a plain solid, a small chest logo or a full bleed.
- Does the per-metre price include printing? Are there setup fees?Yes, it includes printing. The per-metre price is the complete printed price: no setup fee, no file charge, no minimum per design and no separate print charge.
- Why does fabrixa.com say MOQ 1 and nothing about a batch?MOQ 1 is correct — you order from 1 piece.
- Do you offer student discounts or sponsorship?No. We work business-to-business and our pricing is the same for everyone, so there's no student discount or sponsorship route.
- How much does a sample cost?A sample costs the same as the regular unit price, and there is no sample development fee.
- Do your prices include VAT?No. All prices are shown excluding VAT. Whether VAT is added, and at what rate, depends on whether a valid EU VAT number is on your account and on the destination country.

- How do I get a sample of a finished product?One produced unit is the sample. With a minimum order of 1, you order one piece of the real product with your own design through the platform at the normal unit price, so there's no separate sample fee and you judge the actual fabric, print and finish your customers would receive.
- I received a Fabrixa order confirmation for something I never bought — can I get a refund?If you've received an order confirmation or payment request in our name that you don't recognise, it may be a phishing attempt impersonating our brand.
- Can I mix sizes and designs in one order?Yes. The minimum is 1 per model, so there's no minimum per size and no minimum per design.
