- Is colour variation in large solid areas covered as a defect? No. Designs with solid colour areas covering more than 50% of the garment surface fall outside our defect policy; minor variation in those areas is a technical characteristic of reactive printing, not a defect.
- Can I return an item if I change my mind? No. Everything is made to order and printed for one customer, so there is no change-of-mind return route.
- Are manufacturing defects covered?Yes. A confirmed manufacturing defect is reprinted free of charge, in the next scheduled order.
- What doesn’t count as a defect? Some variation is a technical characteristic of the print process rather than a defect: pattern alignment across panels, small positioning variation from one unit to the next, and minor variations in designs where solid colour areas cover more than about half of the garment surface.
