- Is there stock to sync in my feed?There's no stock to sync: everything is made per order and we warehouse nothing, so items never go out of stock.
- Can I embed the Fabrixa design editor in my own site?Yes. Fabrixa Studio can be embedded into your own platform or storefront, where it appears as your own feature, with Fabrixa invisible to your customers.
- Which integrations do you offer?You can connect via our REST API and a product feed, and Fabrixa Studio, our design editor, can be embedded in your own platform so it appears as your own feature.
- Are there integration fees?No. There are no integration fees.
- Do you integrate with WooCommerce?It's currently in development; our team is working on automated order submission, product, price and stock sync and automatic tracking returns.
- How do I get shipment tracking through the API?Each order carries a shipments list, returned in GET /orders/{id} and in the order.updated notification, which fires whenever a shipment's status or tracking changes.
- How do I verify a Fabrixa webhook?Check the X-Webhook-Signature header: a base64 HMAC-SHA256 of the request body, keyed with your webhook secret.
