Hotel and resort suite-level customisation — single duvet covers, single cushion sets, single bath robes for a presidential suite. Custom artwork to suite-level identity.
One piece. One artwork. One run on the same line that makes 5,000.
MOQ 1 isn’t a marketing line — it’s the entire point of the platform. A single duvet for a hotel suite. A one-off art piece in textile. A custom-dimension cushion for an architect’s residential project. A personalised gift no one else in the world will own. The same Spanish and Portuguese production lines that ship multi-property hospitality rollouts run single-piece commissions every day.
MOQ 1 · CUSTOM DIMENSIONS · PERSONALISATION INCLUDED · OEKO-TEX
Single-piece textile production usually doesn’t exist at premium quality.
Custom textile work has historically lived in two extremes: artisan handwork (slow, expensive, inconsistent) or mass-print suppliers with 100+ unit minimums. The middle — one or two pieces of premium-quality reactive-printed cotton at a sane price — has been an awkward gap.
Where bespoke commissions get stuck:
- MOQ WALLS Most production partners require 50–500 units for any quality grade. A single piece is a non-starter or comes at a punitive per-unit price.
- CUSTOM DIMENSION FRICTION Standard product sizes don’t fit the room. Custom dimensions through traditional supply chains add weeks of process and significant tooling costs.
- PERSONALISATION OVERHEAD Personalised pieces (names, dates, dedications) typically run on separate digital-print pipelines that produce a different finish quality.
A digital production line that doesn’t care if the order is 1 or 1,000.
Industrial reactive AOP runs on a digital production line. There’s no screen setup, no plate-making, no per-design tooling cost — the artwork file goes directly to the print head. A one-piece commission and a 1,000-unit production run are economically the same per unit, with the same colour fidelity, the same fabric quality, the same OEKO-TEX certification.
Custom dimensions are quoted by the metre rather than fenced off as non-standard. Personalisation (name, date, dedication, photograph) runs through the same pipeline as our bedding line — not through a separate print process.
Custom commissions take 1 to 2 weeks for the full one-piece round.
Bespoke commissions are sales-led rather than self-serve — a quick call surfaces details (custom dimensions, personalisation specifics, deadlines) that don’t fit a standard product form. From brief to delivered piece is typically one to two weeks across all categories.
Tell us the piece — what category, what dimensions, what artwork, any personalisation, deadline. We confirm feasibility and quote within 24h.
For pieces with established artwork or commercial ones, we proceed to production. For art-led pieces or first-time customers, we may sample first.
Reactive print, fixation, cut to custom dimensions if specified, sewn, finished, personalisation rendered if applicable. 5–10 day production cycle typical.
Single-piece commissions get the same QC pass as bulk orders — with hand-inspection bias because it’s the only one of its kind.
White-label packaging by default. Direct dispatch to the final destination — hotel suite, residence, gift recipient, gallery, end customer.
Six recurring archetypes for one-off commissions.
Each one ends up commissioning roughly the same kind of textile work for a different reason. The single-piece economics make all of them viable.
Residential commissions through interior designers. Custom-dimension cushions, fitted-to-the-window curtains, single duvet covers in client-bespoke patterns.
Textile artwork for galleries, exhibitions, retail windows, art-collector residences. Single editions, custom dimensions, archival-quality print.
Personalised bedding sets for weddings, anniversary gifts, baby announcements. Names, dates, dedications rendered into reactive print on cotton.
High-value personal gifts — birthdays, retirements, milestone moments. The kind of one-off where the gift becomes a family heirloom.
Executive and diplomatic-tier commissions — bespoke pieces for state visits, executive offices, presentation gifts. Discretion guaranteed.
The single-piece grid — what gets commissioned.
The full Fabrixa range is available at MOQ 1. Some categories see commissions more often than others — bedding, cushions, and personalised napkins lead the bespoke book.

Bespoke commissions are quoted per project. The base unit price reflects the same per-unit cost as our Sample tier on the standard product. Custom dimensions and personalisation add modest line-item costs that the quote captures upfront. No hidden tooling, no setup fees, no surprise add-ons.
Standard SKU, MOQ 1
Same per-unit price as the Sample tier on the product’s standard listing. Reactive AOP, OEKO-TEX cert, white-label packaging included.
Quoted by the metre
Non-standard sizes price by the cotton metres consumed plus the cut-and-sew labour. Quoted at brief sign-off, no surprise costs.
Included by default
Names, dates, monograms, photographs rendered into the AOP. No setup fee, no per-character cost — the personalisation is part of the artwork.
For executive / diplomatic / archival commissions where discretion or specialised handling is required — talk to sales for a private-channel quote.
Brief the one-off.
Tell us the piece, the dimensions, the artwork, the personalisation, the destination. We confirm feasibility within 24h, quote per-project, and deliver a finished single-piece commission within 1–2 weeks of artwork lock.
