Print on demand in Europe — white-label, reactive, from MOQ 1

Fabrixa is a European print-on-demand platform for apparel, home textiles and fabric by the metre — made on demand from a single unit, white-label, in Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands. The difference: reactive printing on certified natural fibres, not just surface ink on blanks.

Connect a store or the API, and Fabrixa prints, packs and ships every order under your brand — no minimums, no inventory, no overseas customs.

Why Europe

Why produce in Europe?

Producing inside the EU isn’t a premium — for a brand selling to European customers, it’s faster, cleaner and simpler than fulfilling from overseas.

Faster to EU customers

Short domestic shipping instead of intercontinental transit — most EU orders arrive in a few business days, not weeks.

No import duties or customs

EU-to-EU fulfilment skips the customs delays and surprise fees that come with shipping from overseas.

Lower carbon, shorter chain

Made close to the customer on a short, auditable European supply chain — fewer miles per order.

EU standards & certifications

European labour and environmental standards, GOTS organic cotton and OEKO-TEX bases as the default.

The comparison

Overseas print on demand vs Fabrixa

Most print-on-demand fulfils from outside the EU with surface ink on blanks. Here’s how that compares to reactive print made in Europe — for a brand whose customers are European.

The chain

From fabric to parcel, in nine stages.

Every one of these happens in Portugal, Spain or the Netherlands — not on a container ship, and not in a workshop you never see. Greige cotton goes in one end. A boxed parcel, labelled under your brand, leaves the other.

  1. 01 Pre-treatment Fibres primed to take the dye.
  2. 02 Printing Reactive dye applied by industrial inkjet.
  3. 03 Initial drying Solvents removed, dye held in position.
  4. 04 Steaming Heat and humidity fix the bond permanently.
  5. 05 Washing Every unbonded dye molecule rinsed away.
  6. 06 Finishing Final dry and stabilise. The roll is ready.
  7. 07 Cutting Panels cut from the printed roll.
  8. 08 Sewing Made up, finished and quality-checked.
  9. 09 Packing Boxed and dispatched under your brand.

Stages 01–06 are the reactive print process itself. Stages 07–09 are make-up and dispatch — the part most print-on-demand hands to someone else.

The difference

Not just another POD network

  • Reactive printing on natural fibres — water-based dye bonded into cotton and linen for deep, soft, wash-fast colour, not a surface layer that cracks or peels.
  • Fabric by the metre — not only finished products, but reactive-printed fabric you can order by the metre for your own cut-and-sew.
  • Natural-fibre home textiles — cushions, duvet covers, curtains and table linens in cotton, not polyester.
  • One accountable EU manufacturer — a single supply chain behind your store, Fabrixa Studio or the API, instead of a marketplace of variable partners.
