RATE NOTES
What's included — and what's not.
- €0.75 handling fee is included in every quote shown above.
- Door-to-door (D2D) service. Two delivery attempts included. 3rd attempt costs extra if recipient at fault.
- Volumetric weight rule. Chargeable weight = greater of physical weight or (L × W × H ÷ 4000).
- Returns and address changes. Returns billed at the same cost as outbound. Address changes = full new delivery cost.
- RMA processing. €1.05 per parcel returned to warehouse for refund handling.
- VAT. Prices shown exclude applicable VAT. Charged separately based on destination.
