What's included — and what's not.
- €0.75 handling fee baked into every per-parcel quote shown above.
- Multi-origin orders ship as separate parcels. If you mix apparel (Portugal) with home textile (Spain) or sublimation items (Netherlands), each origin sends its own parcel. The calculator shows the breakdown plus a combined total.
- Door-to-door (D2D) service. Two delivery attempts included. Third attempt billed if recipient at fault.
- 30 kg per parcel max. Orders heavier than 30 kg are auto-split into multiple parcels — each with its own handling fee — which costs less than the overflow rate on a single oversized parcel.
- Per-unit shipping shown. When you order more than one of a product, the calculator allocates the parcel cost across each unit so you can compute landed cost per item for your retail pricing.
- Volumetric weight rule. Chargeable weight = greater of physical weight or (L × W × H ÷ 4000). The calculator computes this automatically using your product mix.
- Real production weights. Apparel and Spanish home textile use exact per-SKU weights from production. Netherlands rates are indicative pending the final rate sheet from our NL partner.
- Returns and address changes. Returns billed at the outbound cost. Address changes = full new delivery cost.
- VAT. Prices shown exclude applicable VAT. Charged separately based on destination.
