- Do you ship white-label?Yes. White-label is the default: Fabrixa is invisible to your end customer.
- Are your products certified?Yes. Our home textiles made in Spain (such as duvet covers, bed spreads, fitted sheets, cushions, curtains and tablecloths) are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, and our cotton textiles made in Portugal (apparel and the Portuguese cotton fabrics) are GOTS certified.
- Do you have EN 71, VOC/PAH or REACH testing on finished products such as rugs?No. Our certification covers the base textile: GOTS-certified organic cotton for our apparel and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for our Spanish-made home textiles.
- Where exactly are your products made? Can I have the factory address?Our production is in Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands, depending on the product.
- Partnership approachesFor partnership or larger collaboration approaches, we suggest a short call (around 30 minutes) with our team rather than resolving everything by email or chat.
- Who manufactures your products? Can you name the factory?We are the platform; manufacturing is done by our partner production facilities in Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands.
- Are your home textiles certified?Our home textiles made in Spain are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, and you're welcome to reference "OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified" in your own materials.
- Can I mention your certifications in my own marketing?Yes. You may reference "GOTS-certified organic cotton" for our Portuguese-made apparel and cotton fabrics, and "OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified" for our Spanish-made home textiles, in your own materials, as we hold those certificates.
- Where are your products made?Indicatively: apparel and knits are produced in Portugal, bedding and decor wovens in Spain, and sublimation home textiles in the Netherlands.
- Who is Fabrixa and where are you based?Fabrixa is a Dutch B2B print-on-demand textile platform, founded in 2025.
- Is your apparel certified?The certification that covers our apparel is GOTS — the garments are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, and you're welcome to reference "GOTS-certified organic cotton" in your own materials.
