PRICING & ORDERS

Pricing & Orders

Can I order one piece to test, then ramp up?
Yes. MOQ 1 means MOQ 1. The same SKU, same fabric, same printing process — whether you order 1 unit or 10,000. Most buyers prototype with 5-10 units before committing to a production run, then scale into the right tier.
How does pricing scale with volume?
Volume tiers automatically apply as your order quantity grows. Sample (1-9 units) at standard rates, Small Run (10-99) at tier 1, Production (100-999) at tier 2, Scale (1,000-9,999) at tier 3, Enterprise (10,000+) at custom pricing. Use the Tier Finder on the pricing page.
Are there setup fees, account fees, or minimum monthly commitments?
No. No setup fee. No platform fee. No per-seat licensing. No annual minimum. Send us your first order, pay only for that order. The promise of "no surprises" is operational reality.
Do you offer credit terms?
Net-30 payment terms unlock automatically after the first 5,000 units shipped under your account. Below that, payment is due at order. Talk to sales for custom credit arrangements at Enterprise tier.
PRODUCTION & LEAD TIME

Production & Lead Time

What’s the lead time?
Apparel and home textiles: 6 to 9 business days from order receipt to dispatch. Fabric by the metre: 5 to 7 business days. EU delivery in 2 to 4 working days. Outside the EU, 5 to 10 working days depending on courier.
Where do you produce?
Production facilities in Portugal and Spain. Apparel and most cotton textiles in Portugal. Bedding (percale, sateen) and select fabric bases in Spain. EU labour standards, audit-ready supply chain.
How does cut-off and dispatch scheduling work?
24h cut-off to dispatch from order receipt during steady-state. Orders received before 14:00 CET enter the production queue same-day. Production tier and above unlock priority queue placement and same-day cut-off.
Can I bring my own fabric?
Not standard, but possible at Production tier and above. We need 2 weeks to test fabric for reactive print compatibility before accepting it into production. Most customers find our base fabric library covers their needs without the wait.
PRINT QUALITY & MATERIALS

Print Quality & Materials

What’s the print quality and longevity?
Reactive ink bonds dye into the cotton fibre via steam fixation. Wash-tested to 600+ cycles before measurable fade — typically 3-5x longer than DTF or standard pigment print. We send wash-test samples on request. Read more about reactive printing.
What materials do you use?
100% organic cotton for apparel (160-310 GSM), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (Class I) and GOTS certified. Cotton percale 200TC and sateen 300TC for bedding. Performance-focused items use technical bases selected by application.
Are your materials certified?
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (Class I) for chemical safety. Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) for organic cotton. Audit-ready documentation available for procurement and ESG reporting.
What artwork formats and DPI do you require?
PNG (RGB or sRGB), AI, PSD, or PDF. Recommended 300 DPI at print size. Maximum file size 100 MB. Detailed specs and templates in the API documentation.
INTEGRATION & API

Integration & API

Can I integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, or my custom platform?
Yes. Direct REST API integration, plus a Postman collection and free sandbox API key for testing. Most integrations take a developer comfortable with REST APIs and webhooks one to two days. Native Shopify app launching Q3.
How do I get a sandbox API key?
Sandbox keys are issued same-day on contract signature. Request one here. Sandbox is functionally identical to production — test orders, webhooks, returns, and edge cases without affecting live operations.
How does white-label dispatch work?
Your customer receives the order under your brand — custom neck label, branded packaging, your return address, your tracking emails. Submit your brand assets once, every order ships under your identity automatically.
What about webhooks and order status?
We push events to your endpoint on every state transition: queued, printing, sewing, QC, packed, dispatched. Signed payloads (HMAC-SHA256). Real-time. Full API docs.
RETURNS & SHIPPING

Returns, Shipping & Operations

How does shipping work and what does it cost?
Door-to-door dispatch from Portugal or Spain. EU delivery 2-4 working days. Outside EU 5-10 working days. Use the shipping calculator for an instant estimate based on origin, destination, and weight. €0.75 handling included in displayed prices.
What’s your return and refund policy?
Returns are billed at the same cost as the original outbound delivery. Address changes mid-transit incur a full new delivery cost. RMA processing fee: €1.05 per parcel returned to warehouse. We don’t handle end-customer returns — that’s your customer service relationship.
Do you support custom packaging?
Yes. Custom mailers, boxes, hangtags, neck labels, thank-you cards. Available at any tier. Submit assets once, applied to every order. Per-unit cost varies by complexity and volume.
How are quality and consistency guaranteed?
Every garment inspected post-construction: print clarity, stitch integrity, sizing checked before packing. Pantone-anchored colour management means the first print and the thousandth match. Re-orders consistent with previous batches.
