The base material
Half-Panama for indoors. Polyester canvas for outdoors. Same artwork, both surfaces.
Half-Panama is a basket-weave variant of plain woven cotton — tighter than canvas, more textured than poplin. The structure shows through the print, giving a tactile, woven look that sets a premium cushion apart from a flat-printed one. At 200 GSM it’s heavy enough to keep its shape on a sofa for years.
For outdoor use we move to a 250 GSM polyester-acrylic blend — the same fabric family used by patio-furniture brands. Quick-drying, UV-stable and shape-retaining through weather cycles. Pigment print rather than reactive, because synthetic fibres don’t accept reactive-dye chemistry.

Indoor — Cotton Half-Panama
100% natural cotton in basket-weave construction at 200 GSM. Soft enough to lean into, structured enough to keep its shape. Reactive AOP bonds into the fibres — the colour is the fabric.

Outdoor — Poly-acrylic
100% polyester-acrylic at 250 GSM. UV-stable, water-shedding and shape-retaining across patio seasons. Pigment print with UV-resistant inks for fade resistance under sun load.

Both fabrics tested and certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — the residual chemistry is safe for skin contact in everyday home use. Same QC line, same dispatch SLA.

Indoor cushions get industrial reactive print — dye chemically bonds to the cotton fibres, no surface layer, no plastic feel. Outdoor cushions get pigment print with UV-stable inks — colour locked into the canvas surface, engineered for sun and rain.

Up to 60°C wash, low-heat tumble dry, low iron.

Cool wash, air dry, don’t iron the synthetic surface.

Print & fix
Pre-treatment, digital print, fixation. Reactive dye bonds into cotton; pigment print cures onto the polyester surface.
Day 3–4
Wash & finish
Excess dye removed (indoor), surface cured (outdoor). Fabric stabilised and cut to size.
Day 5–7
Cut & sew
Cut to spec across the five sizes, sewn under EU labour standards. Zipper or envelope closure as specified.
Day 8–10
QC & dispatch
Quality check, white-label packaging, dispatch from Spain. Tracking via webhook.
