The material
100% organic cotton. Three industrial finishes before printing.
Every Fabrixa garment starts with certified organic cotton fabric, 160 to 330 GSM. Before it reaches the print head it passes through three controlled finishing processes — the same processes premium European fashion houses use.
The result is fabric that prints clean, washes consistently and holds its shape for years — not the stiff, plasticky feel that defines most POD garments.

Mercerized
Tighter weave, brighter colour
Cotton fibres treated under tension in a caustic soda bath. Increases yarn strength, softens the handfeel, and dramatically improves how reactive dyes bond to the fibre — more colour with less ink.

Enzyme-washed
Soft from day one
Cellulase enzymes break down surface fuzz and microfibres. The fabric arrives at your customer already softened — no “wash it three times before it feels right” stage.

Sanforized
No surprise shrinkage
Mechanically pre-shrunk under controlled steam and tension. After the first wash the garment retains its size — fewer returns from “it doesn’t fit anymore.”
The print
Reactive AOP, not pigment, not DTF, not sublimation.
Industrial reactive printing dyes the cotton fibre directly — the colour becomes part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on top. The technical difference your customer feels: no plastic surface, no cracking after washing, full breathability preserved.

What apparel can I produce?

What does all-over print (AOP) mean?
The whole fabric panel is printed edge to edge before cut-and-sew — front, back, sleeves and hood, with no print zones or blank panels.
How does the print feel and wash?
Reactive dye bonds into the cotton fibre, so garments feel like unprinted cotton and the colour typically holds 600+ wash cycles — the print can outlast the garment.
What is the minimum order?
