- Is the back of the duvet cover printed? Not at the moment. The print goes on the top side only.
- Are hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers and shorts available? Not yet. We're launching T-shirts first; hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers and shorts will follow at a later stage, and we can't give a firm date for them.
- What sizes do your T-shirts come in?Adult sizes run roughly XS–XXL, depending on the product.
- Do you make blankets, throws or pet products? We don't make traditional woven blankets or throws, and pet products and flat top sheets aren't in our range.
- Can the fleece blanket come in a stock colour or woven pattern? Gift packaging? The design carries all the colour: we don't hold stock in colours and we don't weave a pattern in, so the pattern is printed rather than woven.

- Can you change the cut or silhouette of a garment? No. Our garments come in fixed catalogue silhouettes, which can't be modified.
- Why are T-shirts printed in shared batches? Our T-shirts are reactive-printed: the dye is fixed into the fibre, not printed on top, so the print does not fade or crack.

- Do you have a product catalogue?Yes, we have PDF catalogues for our home textile, apparel and fabrics-by-the-metre ranges, which our team can send you by email — useful for getting a feel for the range.
- Do your fabrics pill? Is there an anti-pilling treatment? On our Portuguese-made range (apparel and the Portuguese knit fabrics by the metre), the fabric receives an enzymatic anti-pilling treatment and is mercerised, which also helps.
