How long does production take for bedding, curtains, cushions and tablecloths?Production in Spain runs an indicative 8–12 business days, plus transit.
What happens once the batch is confirmed?Your order becomes a normal order: Accepted, then production, then shipped.
How long does production take for rugs, mats, towels and fleece blankets?Products from our Netherlands facility (rugs, doormats, bath mats, yoga mats, towels, kitchen textiles, sherpa fleece) are made to order individually, and the line is running normally.
Can I order T-shirts now, and how does batch ordering work?Yes. All T-shirt products are open to order from 1 piece.
Is home-textile production in Spain running?Yes. Home-textile production in Spain (duvet covers, cushions, curtains, table linens) is running.
Why do Spanish and Netherlands products behave differently on lead time?During the launch phase, our home textiles from Spain are produced in batches rather than one by one, which is why their lead time varies.

Can every mat carry a different name or design?Yes. Do you ship DDP? Who pays import VAT and customs for the UK, Switzerland and Norway?Not at the moment. Can you get a deep, saturated black on jersey and knits?Yes. Where are products shipped from?It depends on the product.
