Every Tees & Tops piece starts with certified organic cotton at 160 GSM — the industry’s sweet spot for everyday tee weight: structured enough to hold shape, light enough for comfort, soft enough for premium feel.

Before the fabric reaches the print head it passes through three controlled finishing processes that European fashion houses use as standard.

01 Mercerized

Tighter weave, brighter colour

Cotton fibres treated under tension in a caustic soda bath. Increases yarn strength, softens the handfeel, and dramatically improves how reactive dyes bond — more colour with less ink.

02 Enzyme-washed

Soft from day one

Cellulase enzymes break down surface fuzz and microfibres. The fabric arrives at your customer already softened — no “wash it three times” stage.

03 Sanforized

No surprise shrinkage

Mechanically pre-shrunk under controlled steam and tension. After the first wash the garment keeps its size — fewer returns from “it doesn’t fit anymore.”

The print

Reactive all-over print, not surface print.

Industrial reactive printing chemically bonds dye into the cotton fibre — the colour becomes part of the fabric, not a layer on top. No plastic feel, no cracking, no peeling. The artwork stays sharp through 600+ wash cycles.

Wash & care

Care instructions printed on every garment.

Translated to your destination market — included by default, never an upsell. Recommendation for end customers:

Cool to warm machine wash. Avoid hot water on dark prints.

Tumble dry

Low heat preserves elasticity and reduces shrinkage risk.

Iron inside-out on low. Steam acceptable.

Pre-treatment, digital reactive print, steam fixation. Colour bonds into the cotton fibre.

Wash & finish

Excess dye removed, fabric stabilised, dried under controlled conditions.

Day 5–7

Cut & sew

Cut to your spec. Sewn under EU labour standards. Custom labels added if specified.

Day 8–9

QC & dispatch

Quality check, white-label packaging, dispatch from Portugal. Tracking via webhook.
