The base material
100% organic cotton, GOTS seed to garment. Safe for skin contact in babywear.
Kidswear has the strictest base-material standard in the catalog. 160 GSM woven for tees and dresses; 330 GSM cotton jersey for sweaters, hoodies, joggers and shorts. The fibre chain is GOTS-certified end-to-end — farm, spinning mill, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing and assembly.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I is the highest tier — the same one applied to babywear under three years old. It limits 300+ chemical residues to levels far below regulatory thresholds. The three finishes apply throughout: mercerized, enzyme-washed, sanforized.

Cotton treated under tension to increase strength and dye uptake. Critical for kidswear, where wash frequency is high.

Cellulase enzymes break down surface fuzz — crucial for skin-sensitive markets. No scratchy first wear.

Reactive print — the safest, most durable colour for skin-on fabric.
Kidswear lives a hard life — school, lunch, paint, mud, weekly wash cycles. Industrial reactive printing chemically bonds dye into the cotton fibre rather than sitting on top. No plastic surface, no thick layer that cracks, no transfer that peels. The colour is the fabric.
