THE BASE MATERIAL
100% organic cotton. GOTS-certified seed to garment. Safe for skin contact in babywear.
Kidswear has the strictest base-material standard in the catalog. Every kids’ garment uses certified organic cotton: 160 GSM woven for tees and dresses, 310 GSM cotton jersey for sweaters, hoodies, joggers, and shorts. The fibre chain is GOTS-certified end-to-end — from the cotton farm through the spinning mill, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and final assembly.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I is the highest tier in the certification — the same one applied to babywear sold under three years old. It limits over 300 individual chemical residues to levels far below regulatory thresholds.

MERCERIZED
Tighter weave, brighter color
Cotton fibres treated under tension in a caustic soda bath. Increases yarn strength, softens the handfeel, dramatically improves how reactive dyes bond. Critical for kidswear, where wash frequency is high.

ENZYME-WASHED
Soft from day one
Cellulase enzymes break down surface fuzz and microfibres. Crucial for skin-sensitive markets — the fabric arrives at your customer pre-softened, no scratchy first wear.

SANFORIZED
No surprise shrinkage
Mechanically pre-shrunk under controlled steam. Kids outgrow garments fast enough — we make sure shrinkage isn’t the reason a tee stops fitting after week one.
THE PRINT
Reactive print — the safest, most durable colour for skin-on fabric.
Kidswear lives a hard life. School, lunch, paint, mud, weekly wash cycles — sometimes more. Industrial reactive printing chemically bonds the dye into the cotton fibre rather than sitting on top. There’s no plastic surface, no thick layer that cracks, no transfer that peels. The colour is the fabric.
