THE BASE MATERIAL
310 GSM French Terry. Looped back, smooth face.
French Terry has a smooth knit face and looped back. The loops trap heat for warmth without bulk. The smooth face accepts reactive AOP cleanly — the same crisp print quality you get on a 160 GSM tee, on a heavier, more structured fabric.
At 310 GSM, the fabric has serious weight — it holds shape through wear and wash, drapes properly on oversized cuts, and gives the substantial handfeel the streetwear market expects. The same three finishing processes used on tee-weight cotton apply: mercerized, enzyme-washed, sanforized.

MERCERIZED
Brighter, stronger fibre
Cotton fibres treated under tension to increase yarn strength and dye absorption. Reactive prints come out richer on mercerized French Terry than untreated cotton.

ENZYME-WASHED
Soft from day one
Cellulase enzymes break down surface fuzz. The hoodie arrives at your customer already softened — no “break-in period.”

SANFORIZED
No surprise shrinkage
Mechanically pre-shrunk under controlled steam and tension. Hoodies retain their fit after the first wash. Critical for oversized silhouettes.
THE PRINT
Full-bleed AOP. Front, back, sleeves, hood.
Reactive printing chemically bonds dye into the cotton fibre. The artwork wraps the entire garment — no print boundaries, no white panels at the seams, no “the print stops here” visual breaks. Hood, sleeves, and body all carry the design.
