How do I get a sample of a finished product?

Updated Ordering, pricing & billing By the Fabrixa support team

Short answer

One produced unit is the sample. With a minimum order of 1, you order one piece of the real product with your own design through the platform at the normal unit price, so there's no separate sample fee and you judge the actual fabric, print and finish your customers would receive.

A sample T-shirt is a normal order, printed in shared runs of 100 across all merchants. Reactive print was built for large runs, which kept it out of reach for smaller brands; the shared batch is how we open it up from one piece, with a little waiting at the start while runs fill. You can cancel free until the batch is confirmed, and if it isn't confirmed by the release date in your order, the full amount goes back to your balance. Hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers and shorts aren't open yet; we're still reviewing fits, materials and print results.
