Can you freeze materials and processes, or let me pre-approve substitutions?
Short answer
No. A contractual freeze on materials, formulations, inks and process, or pre-approval rights before any substitution, isn't something we can realistically promise.
The fabric reaches us through a supplier chain and the inks get periodic updates from their manufacturer. We could commit to letting you know if we become aware of changes, but not to a full lock-in.
