The format

What is all-over print?

All-over print (AOP) covers the entire product — edge to edge, seam to seam — instead of placing a design on one panel. The fabric is printed before the product is cut and sewn, so the pattern runs across sleeves, seams and hems without interruption.

That makes all over printing the format for repeating patterns, full-bleed artwork and designs that treat the whole garment as the canvas — from a single AOP shirt to a full collection.

Why cotton

All-over print on cotton — the part most of the market can’t do.

Most all-over printing is dye-sublimation, and sublimation only bonds to polyester. If you want AOP on real cotton — the fabric your customers actually want to wear — you need a different process.

Fabrixa prints reactive: the dye forms a chemical bond with the cotton fibre itself. It is the textile industry’s gold standard for printing cotton.

You do not need production-ready print files — we accept PDF, TIFF, JPG or PNG and prepare the print files for production.

Common questions about all-over print

Can you do all-over print on cotton?

Yes — that is the point of reactive printing. The dye bonds into the cotton fibre itself, so the print covers the full garment without the polyester feel of sublimation.

What is the minimum order for all-over print?

MOQ 1 — one piece is a real order. Volume tiers apply automatically as your quantities grow.

What about seams and white creases?

AOP is printed on the fabric before sewing. Where a seam folds, millimetres of unprinted fabric can show — we counter it with bleed in the pattern, and the artwork checklist shows how to design for it.

Does the print survive washing?

Reactive dye is fixed into the fibre, not layered on top. It is rated for industrial washing, typically 600+ cycles, and does not crack or peel.

Is all-over print white-label?

Fully. No Fabrixa branding on the product, the label or the parcel — orders ship under your brand.

How fast is production?
