White-Label Print-on-Demand: Ship Under Your Brand, Not Ours

White-label print on demand means the products are made and shipped by a production partner, but everything the customer sees carries your brand — not the partner’s. With Fabrixa, that runs end to end: parcels ship under your brand with your return address and no Fabrixa branding anywhere, and even the on-product customiser your shoppers use shows only your storefront. The customer buys from you, hears from you, and receives from you. We stay invisible.

For a brand owner, that invisibility is the whole point. You have spent time and money building a name people trust — a print-on-demand model should extend that trust, not dilute it with a stranger’s logo on the box. Here is exactly how white-label print on demand works with Fabrixa, from the moment a shopper lands on your store to the moment the parcel arrives.

What “white-label” actually means in print on demand

In a standard drop-ship arrangement, a third party makes and posts the goods — and it can show. Packing slips, return labels, inserts and customiser tools often carry the fulfiller’s branding. That is fine for a marketplace reseller. It is a problem for a brand.

White-label removes the middleman from view. The manufacturing and dispatch still happen at a production facility, but the finished experience is yours. Two things make Fabrixa’s version genuinely end-to-end:

  • Dispatch is white-label as standard. Every parcel ships under your brand, with your return address and no Fabrixa branding — you do not opt in or pay extra for it.
  • The product customiser is white-label too. Fabrixa Studio lets your shoppers personalise a product inside your own storefront, and they never see Fabrixa branding while they do it.

How the customer experience runs, start to finish

Follow one order the way a shopper would:

  1. They browse your store. Your site, your product pages, your prices. Fabrixa sits behind the scenes via a Shopify or WooCommerce connection, a custom API, or Fabrixa Studio.
  2. They personalise the product (optional). If you have embedded Studio, the shopper adds a name, image or design on a live product preview. The customiser is an iframe inside your storefront — branded as yours. The saved design attaches to the order automatically.
  3. The order reaches production. It lands via your store, Studio or the API. You can supply a print-ready PDF instead, if you would rather design the artwork yourself.
  4. We print, pack and ship. Made across Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands — reactive print on cotton and linen in Portugal and Spain, sublimation on polyester in the Netherlands. Apparel made in Portugal ships in roughly 6–9 business days.
  5. The parcel arrives as yours. Your return address on the label, no Fabrixa branding inside or out. As far as your customer is concerned, you made it.

Because there is no minimum order — MOQ 1, no setup fees, no contracts — this works whether a shopper buys one personalised T-shirt or you push tens of thousands of units for a launch.

Fabrixa Studio: personalisation without giving the game away

Personalisation is where a lot of “white-label” claims quietly break. The moment a customiser tool loads a third-party logo or a “powered by” badge, the illusion is gone. Fabrixa Studio is built to avoid that.

You embed Studio as an iframe in your storefront. Shoppers design or personalise the product — adding text, uploading an image, positioning a graphic — on a preview that looks and feels like your site. When they are done, the saved design links to the order by its cart_item_key, so production receives the exact artwork with no manual hand-off. Studio is not an SDK you rebuild your checkout around; it is a drop-in customiser, and your customer sees your brand and only your brand.

Why white-label matters for a brand

  • You own the relationship. The customer associates the product, the packaging and the unboxing with you — not with a fulfilment company.
  • No competitor discovery. A visible fulfiller logo tells your customer exactly who to cut out and go direct to. White-label keeps your supply chain your business.
  • Consistent brand experience. From the storefront customiser to the return label, every touchpoint stays on-brand.
  • Print quality that holds up. Reactive dye bonds into the cotton fibre rather than sitting on top, so colour typically holds 600+ wash cycles and the print feels like unprinted fabric. A product that lasts protects the brand’s reputation as much as the label on the box does.
  • Scales without renegotiating. From one personalised piece to a full range, the white-label handling is the same — no minimums, no setup fees.

FAQ

Does the parcel have any Fabrixa branding on it?

No. White-label dispatch is standard on every order: the parcel ships under your brand, with your return address and no Fabrixa branding inside or out.

Will my customers know Fabrixa personalised their product?

No. Fabrixa Studio is embedded in your storefront as an iframe and is branded as yours. End customers never see Fabrixa branding while they design or personalise a product.

Do I need to hit a minimum order to get white-label handling?

No. White-label dispatch applies from a single piece upward — MOQ 1, with no setup fees and no contracts — right through to tens of thousands of units.

Can I use white-label for merchandise and swag runs too?

Yes. The same white-label dispatch and Studio personalisation cover branded merchandise and swag as well as your core range — see merchandise & swag.

Ship under your own name

White-label print on demand should be exactly that — invisible production behind a visible brand. With Fabrixa, dispatch is white-label by default and personalisation stays entirely on your storefront, so the customer experience is yours from first click to delivered parcel. Read how we work with brand owners, order a Sample Pack to check the print in hand (its cost is credited against your first order), or talk to our team about connecting your store.
