The base material
Three substrates, each chosen for the surface that wears them.
Indoor tablecloths and runners use cotton Half-Panama at 200 GSM — the same cotton as the cushion line. Soft drape, structured face, reactive AOP for full saturation. Outdoor tablecloths and runners step up to 250 GSM polyester-acrylic canvas with UV-stable pigment print, the same outdoor base as our outdoor cushions.
Napkins use a deliberate dual-sided build: 100% microfiber on the printed face for sharp sublimation print, 100% cotton on the reverse for the absorbency you actually need at the dinner table. The two layers are bonded — so the napkin prints brilliantly and works practically.

Basket-weave cotton at 200 GSM. Hospitality-grade washability up to 60°C, soft drape, structured face. Reactive AOP gives the textured weave an extra dimension of print depth.

Outdoor — Polyester-Acrylic
Polyester-acrylic canvas at 250 GSM. Resists UV, water and seasonal humidity. Pigment AOP locked into the surface — ideal for café terraces, garden tables and alfresco hospitality.

Napkins — dual-sided
Microfiber accepts sublimation print sharply — the colour gas-bonds into the polyester fibres. The cotton reverse handles the actual hand-and-mouth duty. Best of both worlds in one product.
The print
Three print methods, one design system.
Each surface gets the print chemistry it’s engineered to take. One artwork file produces a coherent line across cotton, polyester and microfiber — what looks like a unified collection on the shelf is three print processes running in parallel.
- Cotton → reactive print, dye chemically bonded into the fibres
- Polyester (outdoor) → pigment print with UV-stable, water-resistant inks
- Microfiber (napkins) → sublimation print, gas-bonded into the fibres for sharpness

Production & delivery
Two production hubs. A 2 to 10 business day SLA depending on product.
Tablecloths and runners run on the Spanish home-textile line shared with cushions and bedding. Napkins run on the Dutch sublimation line — a tighter 2–3 day SLA, because the process is shorter (no wash-out step) and the format is small. Multi-product orders ship consolidated from Spain once the napkin batch arrives.

Order lands via Shopify, WooCommerce, Studio or API. Artwork validated, fabric reserved per product type, slot assigned in the Spain or Netherlands hub.
Day 1–2
Print & fix
Reactive print on cotton, pigment on outdoor polyester, sublimation on napkin microfiber — each chemistry follows its own fixation sequence.
Day 3–4
Wash & finish
Excess dye removed (cotton); surface cured (outdoor). Napkins skip this stage — sublimation is dry.
Day 5–7
Cut & sew
Cut to spec across all sizes, hemmed under EU labour standards. Napkins finished and bonded.
Day 8–10
QC & dispatch
Quality check, white-label packaging, dispatch from the relevant hub. Tracking via webhook.
