Printed fabric by the metre — seven reactive-print cotton bases, made to order from a single metre. Choose jersey, percale, sateen, French terry, gauze, rib 2X1 or half panama, upload your artwork and combine the bases in one order.
Fabric & print
The range runs from lightweight gauze and mid-weight jersey to French terry, the heaviest base, on rolls 130–195 cm wide. The ink is reactive: after printing, steam fixation bonds the dye into the cotton fibre and a wash-off removes the unbonded dye, so the pattern is part of the fabric — not a coating on top — and the print keeps the soft hand of the cloth. Colour is Pantone-anchored, so a re-order of the same design matches the previous batch.

What is the minimum order quantity?
One metre. There are no batch minimums and no setup fees — the per-metre price simply steps down automatically as your monthly volume moves up through the five tiers, from Sample (1–9) to Enterprise (10,000+).
How are the 7 Premium Fabrics per meter printed?
With industrial reactive printing — digital, with no setup and no screen or plate costs. After printing, the fabric goes through steam fixation: the steam opens the cotton fibre and the reactive dye forms a covalent bond with the cellulose, so the colour becomes part of the fibre, not a coating on top. A wash-off then removes unbonded dye and the pre-treatment, and the fabric is dried and rolled.
Will the print survive washing?
Yes. The dye bonds into the cotton fibre, so the fabric stays soft, prints edge to edge and survives 600 or more wash cycles without cracking or peeling.
