Fabric & print

A sublimation-printed 100% polyester top surface on an anti-slip NBR rubber backing — plasticiser-free rubber chemistry, low-profile at 3 mm, built to handle daily residential or light-commercial foot traffic without curling, sliding or shedding. Three sizes (40×60, 50×75 and 60×90 cm) cover the common European entryway formats.

Can I design a doormat with my own text or photo?

Yes. Any image file works — a name, a logo or a photo — printed edge to edge on the polyester top with the anti-slip rubber backing underneath. You see the preview in your account and order from one piece.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One piece. There are no batch minimums and no setup fees — the per-piece price simply steps down automatically as your monthly volume moves up through the five tiers, from Sample (1–9) to Enterprise (10,000+).

How is the Doormat printed?

With sublimation printing, the right chemistry for its technical fibre: the dye turns to gas under heat and bonds inside the polyester, so the design cannot crack or peel and survives daily use and repeated washing.

How should it be washed?

30°C, do not tumble dry, do not iron. Because the dye is bonded into the fibre rather than sitting on the surface, the colour holds through repeated washing at these settings.

Where is it made and how fast does it ship?

It is made to order at our production hub in the Netherlands and dispatched in 2–3 business days. Every order ships white-label: your return address, your tracking, no Fabrixa branding on the parcel.
