Fabric & print

The boutique-hotel and luxury bedding spec: 100% cotton sateen at 300 thread count, woven in Spain on the mill that produces our finished luxury duvet covers. The sateen weave gives a smooth, slightly lustrous face with a soft hand — closer to silk-touch on cotton economics — and reactive AOP bonds deep colour into the fibre while preserving the surface and natural drape.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One metre. There are no batch minimums and no setup fees — the per-metre price simply steps down automatically as your monthly volume moves up through the five tiers, from Sample (1–9) to Enterprise (10,000+).

How is the Sateen - Reactive Print 300TC (Width 150cm) printed?

With industrial reactive printing — the textile industry's gold standard for cotton. Reactive dyes form a permanent chemical bond with the cotton fibre under heat and humidity, so the colour becomes part of the fabric rather than a layer on top. That is why it stays soft, breathable and crack-free for 600+ wash cycles.

How should it be washed?

30–40°C. Because the dye is bonded into the fibre rather than sitting on the surface, the colour holds through repeated washing at these settings.
