Fabric & print
The base is 100% organic cotton at 160 GSM — the industry's sweet spot for everyday tee weight — run through three industrial finishes before the print head: mercerised for a tighter weave and brighter colour, enzyme-washed to feel soft from the first wear, and sanforised so the garment keeps its size after the first wash. Industrial reactive printing then bonds the dye into the cotton fibre itself: the colour becomes part of the fabric, not a layer on top — no plastic feel, no cracking, and natural cotton breathability across the printed area.
