Print methods
Three print methods. Selected by application, not by shortcut.
Most POD platforms force every product through one print method. We use the right one for each base — reactive for cotton, sublimation for technical fabrics, pigment for some outdoor applications.

Reactive print
For cotton bases
Industrial reactive dyes chemically bond with cotton fibres. Soft handfeel, deep colour, breathability preserved. Used on duvets, cushions, towels, table linens.

Sublimation print
For technical bases
Heat-transferred dye into polyester-based fabrics. Vivid colour, permanent bond. Used on yoga mats, performance items and kitchen accessories where reactive isn’t suitable.

Pigment print
For specific outdoor
Pigment ink with binder for outdoor cushions and weather-exposed pieces. UV-stable, water-resistant — limited application but right for the use case.
Production
Two hubs. Specialised by print method.
Different bases demand different print processes. We route each product to the country with the right equipment — reactive workshops in Spain for cotton, a sublimation facility in the Netherlands for polyester and microfibre-cotton blends.
- Spain — reactive print on cotton. Duvet covers (percale 210TC, sateen 300TC), fitted sheets, curtains, cushions, tablecloths.
- Netherlands — sublimation print. Beach, bathroom and guest towels, kitchen towels and napkins, yoga mats, sherpa fleece, rugs, doormats, bath mats.
The process
Order to dispatch in 6 to 9 business days.
Five stages from order to packed product. The same workflow runs for one duvet or a thousand — only the queue position changes.

Print method selected by base. Pre-treatment, ink application, fixation.

Wash
Wash & finish
Excess dye removed (reactive) or post-press cured (sublimation). Stabilised.

Cut & sew
Cut to spec. Sewn with reinforced seams for home use. Custom labels added.

Packed & shipped

Which home textiles can I print?
Duvet covers and bed sets, cushions and pillows, curtains and drapery, table linens and accessories — reactive print on cotton bases, sublimation on selected polyester items.
Are the textiles certified?
Yes — organic cotton is our default base, certified GOTS and OEKO-TEX Standard 100, with Made in Green on qualifying lines.
Can I order a single piece?
Yes — MOQ 1 applies across the range, from one cushion cover to a full product line. Volume tiers apply automatically as quantities grow.
What quality are the bed fabrics?
Duvets and bed sets run on 200-thread-count percale or 300-thread-count sateen cotton — matte and crisp, or smooth and saturated.
Is dispatch white-label?
Yes — every order ships under your brand with your return address, from EU production in Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands.
