Cookie Policy.
Which cookies we use, why, and how to control them. We don’t use advertising cookies; the analytics and B2B visitor-identification tools we do use are described below.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Cookies let the site remember things between page loads — like your language preference, whether you’re logged in, or which page you came from. Some are essential to making the site work; others are optional and only set with your consent.
2. Categories of cookies we use
a) Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the site to function. We don’t need your consent for them under EU ePrivacy / GDPR rules — without them the site simply doesn’t work.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
wordpress_* | Login session for admins (only set when logged in) | Session |
wp-settings-* | Admin UI preferences | 1 year |
wp-rocket-* | WP Rocket cache & bypass logic | 1 hour |
b) Functional
These cookies remember your preferences to improve your experience. They are set automatically as a normal part of using the site.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
trp_*_lang | TranslatePress — remembers your selected language | 1 year |
fbx_skip_link_* | Accessibility — remembers if you’ve dismissed the skip-link | 30 days |
c) Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure how visitors use the site. It is loaded only after you accept statistics cookies in the cookie banner. We also use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) for session analytics: heatmaps and session recordings in which text typed into forms is masked. Clarity currently loads when a page loads, independent of your cookie choice; we are reviewing this with our legal adviser and will place it behind consent or remove it if that review requires it. You can object at any time via privacy@fabrixa.com or block Clarity with a tracker blocker in your browser.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 — statistics, after consent | 2 years |
_clck, _clsk | Microsoft Clarity — session analytics | 1 year / 1 day |
CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM | Microsoft, clarity.ms domain | up to 1 year |
d) What we don’t use
- No advertising cookies.
- No social media tracking pixels (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, etc.).
- No third-party marketing cookies.
- No cross-site profiling.
3. Third-party cookies
Embedded content (e.g. an embedded YouTube video on a blog post) may set cookies from the third-party provider. We don’t embed third-party content by default. If we do on specific pages, we’ll flag it inline and link to that provider’s cookie policy.
4. How to manage or delete cookies
You can manage cookies in your browser settings:
Note: deleting strictly-necessary cookies will break parts of the site (notably login and language switching). Functional cookies will be re-set automatically when you next visit.
5. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our cookie use changes. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
