Drops that sell out, not pieces that sit.

Scheduled capsules, limited editions and artist collabs — produced reactive, dispatched on your launch date, restocked the moment demand spikes. MOQ 1 means you can prove a drop before you scale it. Made across Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands.

The problem

Drops live or die on timing and quality.

A drop is a promise of something special, on a date. Miss the quality bar or the restock window and the hype works against you — refunds, dead stock, and a launch that fizzles instead of sells out.

Forecasting

Pre-order or overproduce

Commit to a big run and you gamble on demand. Print to a forecast and you either sell out early or sit on dead stock — neither is the drop you wanted.

Print quality

Hype meets a cracked print

A drop trades on desirability. Transfer or sublimation that fades after a wash undercuts the exact premium your launch was built on.

Timing

Restocks miss the window

When a drop goes viral, a traditional restock takes weeks. The momentum is gone long before the second run is back in stock.

The answer

Reactive AOP, made to your launch calendar.

Reactive print holds the deep, soft colour that makes a piece read as fashion rather than merch — and we run it from a single unit. So you can test a capsule, book a slot for the launch, and restock the winners without ever touching a minimum.

  • Reactive all-over print — fashion-grade colour bonded into organic cotton, holding through the wash.
  • MOQ 1 to test, scale on demand — drop a sample run, then restock the winners without minimums.
  • Scheduled production slots — book a window so the capsule lands on your launch date, not whenever the queue clears.
  • White-label dispatch — every parcel ships under your label, with no Fabrixa branding on it.
  • Made in the EU — produced across Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands, with OEKO-TEX docs on every shipment and GOTS docs for organic cotton apparel.

How it works

Plan the drop. Ship it on the day.

Run the whole capsule from the Fabrixa dashboard, or connect Shopify, WooCommerce or the API so pre-orders flow straight into production. Schedule the slot, and dispatch is timed to your go-live.

01
Design
Upload artwork

Add the capsule — pieces, fabric base and sizes — and upload your artwork. We create the correct print files.

02
Sample
See it on cotton

Order a real sample by the piece or by the metre to lock colour and hand-feel before the run.

03
Schedule
Book the slot

Reserve a production window so the drop is ready for your launch date, with dispatch timed to go live.

04
Restock
On demand

Reorder the pieces that sell out the moment they do — no minimums, same SLA as the first run.

Built for the drop model

However you release, it runs the same way.

Scarcity, collabs, pre-orders — the commercial shape of the drop changes, but the supply chain behind it stays the same.

Seasonal capsules

Small, tight collections released on a calendar — produced to the season, not to a warehouse.

Limited editions

Numbered or time-boxed runs that trade on scarcity, with the print quality to justify it.

Artist & influencer collabs

Co-branded pieces produced fast and dispatched white-label under the right label.

Pre-order fulfilment

Produce to confirmed orders so there’s zero dead stock on the books.

Restock winners

Reorder the pieces that sold out and skip the ones that didn’t — no minimums either way.

Test then scale

Prove a design at MOQ 1, then scale the volume on the same line with the same SLA.

Pricing that scales

Test small, scale big, no dead stock.

The economics of a drop should reward demand, not punish caution. Tier pricing adjusts as volume grows, and producing to demand keeps unsold inventory off your balance sheet.

  • Tier-based pricing — per-unit cost set by volume tier, shown instantly, with no setup fees and no commitment.
  • Test at MOQ 1 — a 30-piece sample drop and a 3,000-piece restock share the same supply chain.
  • No dead-stock risk — produce to demand, so unsold inventory isn’t a line on your balance sheet.
  • White-label dispatch by default — your label, your return address (custom neck labels from 1 piece; hangtags are on our roadmap and available for larger orders).
What you provide

Three things from you. Everything else from us.

01

Artwork file

Your artwork — TIFF, PNG, JPG or PDF, raster or vector. We create the correct print files.

02

Drop spec

Which pieces, fabric base, sizes and the launch date. Add them to your order and price it instantly by tier.

03

Brand assets

Your return address. We build a brand profile on the first drop and reuse it on every restock.

FAQ

Fashion drops, answered

How does Fabrixa handle a drop that sells out quickly?

Fabrixa can reorder the pieces that sell out the moment they do, on the same service-level agreement as the first run and without a minimum order. A label only restocks the sizes and styles that actually moved, so a drop that sells out fast is not capped by how much stock was originally produced.

Do fashion drops scale from a small sample to a full restock?

A fashion drop can scale from a thirty-piece sample run to a restock of three thousand pieces on the same supply chain, without changing supplier or renegotiating terms. Pricing is tier-based and shown instantly, so the per-unit cost steps down automatically as the restock volume grows.

What pieces make up a typical Fabrixa drop?

A typical drop runs three to five SKUs, usually anchored by a tee on 160 GSM organic cotton with full-bleed all-over print. Labels often add a 330 GSM cotton-jersey hoodie as the higher-value tier, plus oversized fits, dresses and skirts, activewear or kidswear depending on the audience.

Can I schedule a drop to launch on a specific date?

A label can reserve a scheduled production slot so a capsule is finished in time for a chosen launch date, with dispatch timed to go live on that day. The order runs through design, a sample to lock colour and hand-feel, then the booked production window before the timed dispatch.

What happens to unsold stock after a fashion drop?

Fabrixa produces fashion drops to demand, so unsold inventory is not carried as a line on the label’s balance sheet the way a pre-produced batch would be. Pre-order fulfilment can also be run so production only starts against confirmed orders, keeping dead stock out of the model entirely.
