Every Sample Pack ships with one swatch of each of our seven cotton bases — three Fashion Weight, two Home Weight, two Heavy Weight. Each swatch is 20 cm × 20 cm, blank (unprinted) so you can assess the hand, the weave, the drape, and the conditioning. Add a printed panel option to the same artwork file for one or more bases — that’s how you check colour fidelity and print-on-substrate before committing to metres.

Care instructions for each base — wash temperature, drying, ironing, whether the fabric is Pantone-matchable on production runs. Useful for downstream care-label work on your finished SKUs.

Reactive print on cotton looks different on every base. The same artwork file gives you matte clarity on Percale, slightly more saturated colour on Sateen, a textured weave-through-print effect on Half Panama, full-bleed soft-hand on Jersey 220, looped softness behind crisp face print on French Terry. These differences only show up on physical fabric — not on the spec sheet, not on a screen.
Order a Sample Pack first. Confirm the base. Confirm the print fidelity on your artwork. Then come back with metre numbers locked. The first-order credit means the swatches effectively cost zero if you proceed.
The whole flow from first contact to a confirmed production roll usually takes 1–2 weeks — mostly waiting for the customer to physically evaluate the swatches and submit final artwork. Production lead time on the metres themselves is typically 5–10 days from artwork lock.

Blank-only Sample Packs assemble from existing inventory and ship within 1–2 business days. Sample Packs with printed panels go through a small reactive-print run first — that adds 2–4 days to the lead time. All Sample Packs ship from our Spanish hub for European customers, and forward via standard tracked courier outside the EU.
