The base SKU

Garment, fabric weight, certifications. The thing being printed on. Per-unit cost is fixed by your chosen base — same whether you print one design or fifty.

PRINT

The print

Reactive ink, ink coverage, colour count. Larger and more complex prints cost more — but only marginally above 5% coverage. Most all-over prints land in the same band.

ADD-ONS

The branding

Custom neck labels, hangtags, packaging, thank-you cards. Add what makes it yours, skip what you don't need. Every add-on quoted per-unit.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Questions buyers always ask.

Can I order one piece to test, then ramp up?
Yes. MOQ 1 means MOQ 1. The same SKU, same fabric, same printing process — whether you order 1 unit or 10,000. Most buyers prototype with 5–10 units before committing to a production run, then scale into the right tier.
What's the lead time?
24h cut-off to dispatch from order receipt. EU delivery in 2–4 working days. Outside the EU, 5–10 working days depending on courier. We dispatch from facilities in Portugal and Spain.
Do you offer credit terms?
Net-30 payment terms unlock automatically after the first 5,000 units shipped under your account. Below that, payment is due at order. Talk to sales for custom credit arrangements at Enterprise tier.
Can I bring my own fabric?
Not standard, but possible at Production tier and above. We need 2 weeks to test fabric for reactive print compatibility before accepting it into production. Most customers find our base fabric library covers their needs without the wait.
What's the print quality and longevity?
Reactive ink bonds dye into the cotton fibre via steam fixation. Wash-tested to 600+ cycles before measurable fade — typically 3–5x longer than DTF or standard pigment print. We send wash-test samples on request.
Can I integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, or my custom POD platform?
Yes. Direct REST API integration, plus a Postman collection and free sandbox API key for testing. Most integrations take a developer comfortable with REST APIs and webhooks one to two days. Shopify app launching Q3.
