PRINT METHODS
Three print methods. Selected by application, not by shortcut.
Most POD platforms force every product through one print method. We use the right one for each base — reactive for cotton, sublimation for technical fabrics, pigment for some outdoor applications.

REACTIVE PRINT
For cotton bases
Industrial reactive dyes chemically bond with cotton fibres. Soft handfeel, deep color, breathability preserved. Used on duvets, cushions, towels, table linens.

SUBLIMATION PRINT
For technical bases
Heat-transferred dye into polyester-based fabrics. Vivid color, permanent bond. Used on yoga mats, performance items, kitchen accessories where reactive isn't suitable.

PIGMENT PRINT
For specific outdoor
Pigment ink with binder for outdoor cushions and weather-exposed pieces. UV-stable, water-resistant. Limited application but right for the use case.
PRODUCTION
Two countries. Specialised by craft.
Different products demand different mills. We don't force everything through one factory — we route each product to the country with the right tradition and equipment.
- Spain — Bedding specialty. Cotton percale 200TC, sateen 300TC, half panama. Duvets, sheets, decorative pillows.
- Portugal — Apparel-adjacent textiles. Cushions, towels, tablecloths, kitchen textiles, accessories.
THE PROCESS
Order to dispatch in 6 to 9 business days.
Five stages from API order to packed product. Same workflow for one duvet or a thousand — only the queue position changes.

Order received
API call hits production. Artwork validated, base fabric reserved, slot assigned.

PRINT
Reactive or sub
Print method selected by base. Pre-treatment, ink application, fixation.

WASH
Wash & finish
Excess dye removed (reactive) or post-press cured (sublimation). Stabilised.
04
CONSTRUCT
Cut & sew
Cut to spec. Sewn with reinforced seams for home use. Custom labels added.

DISPATCH
Packed & shipped
QC, white-label packaging, dispatch from PT or ES. Tracking via webhook.
