Connecting sales channels

Channels are the shops and platforms that send orders into Fabrixa. Sales → Channels lists them with received orders, published products, and last imported order.

Four channel types

01SHOPIFYNative, via OAuth

One-click connect. Orders import automatically; products can be pushed from Fabrixa to your storefront.

02WOOCOMMERCENative, via REST API

Configure with WooCommerce consumer key + secret + webhook signature.

03APIBuild your own

Push orders via the Fabrixa REST API. Use the generated Application Key as bearer token.

04MANUAL & DIRECT ORDERSStraight from the dashboard

Create orders by hand for samples, wholesale, in-person sales.

Channel settings — the important toggles

  • Automatically import new orders — fetch new orders without manual refresh.
  • Automatically accept orders — mark imported orders as accepted and send them to production.
  • Automatically generate printing files — build the print file the moment an order is accepted.
  • Combine orders for shipping — multiple orders from the same customer pack into one box.
  • Widget — the embeddable Design Widget toggle (see next chapter).
