Setup — company, shipping and users

One-time configuration: company details, warehouse address, shipping zones and box types, users and roles, plus the advanced settings most accounts never touch.

Settings — the things you do once

Open Settings from the cog icon in the top-right. Six panels.

4.1COMPANYAccount

Legal name, contact, COC, VAT, IBAN, BIC, website, logo. Appears on every invoice.

4.2COMPANYAddresses

Warehouse, returns, billing. Each has a type and full postal details.

4.3SHIPPINGShipping zones

For every destination country, set origin + active toggle.

4.4SHIPPINGBox types

The box configurations Fabrixa packs into. Edit defaults or add custom.

4.5TEAMUsers & Permissions

Invite colleagues, assign roles. Owner, admin, designer, finance + custom roles.

4.6ADVANCEDAdvanced settings

Tax, currency, default language, file-naming patterns.

Important: if an order can’t be packed (no package matches), you’ll see a “No available shipping boxes” notification. Add or adjust a box type in 4.4 to clear it.
