How the platform fits together
Fabrixa is the production engine and the operations dashboard. You connect your shop, design your products, sell them, and we print, pack and ship every order to your customer in your branding.
Three principles
No minimums, ever. Same supply chain whether you ship one piece or ten thousand.
No subscription. Pay per order at checkout, or top up and let production, printing and shipping draw from your balance as orders flow.
Your label, hangtag and packaging. Fabrixa is invisible to your end customer.

FAQ
The dashboard, answered
How does the Fabrixa prepaid wallet work?
The prepaid wallet is one of two ways to pay, with no subscription either way: you top up a balance, and production, printing and shipping costs draw down from it as orders are placed; or you pay for each order directly when you place it. The dashboard shows your current balance, average daily spend and a warning when the balance is running low.
Which payment methods can I use to top up my wallet?
You can top up a Fabrixa wallet using iDeal, card payment, Apple Pay, PayPal or SEPA transfer, from the Deposit money option in Billing. Fabrixa estimates this step takes about two minutes as part of the first-time account setup.
How can I see whether my order has been produced?
The Fabrixa dashboard shows a status tile grid on the home page, with one tile per order item. A filled tile means that item has been produced, and an empty tile means it is still queued, so you can see production progress without opening each order individually.
Is it free to create a Fabrixa account?
Creating a Fabrixa account is free and self-serve, with sign-in options through Google, Microsoft or Apple SSO. There is no cost until you place an order: you pay per order when you place it, or from a prepaid wallet balance.
What do I need to set up before placing my first order?
Before your first order, you fill in company details such as legal name, VAT and IBAN, add a warehouse address for shipping zones, and, if you want to pay from a wallet, top up your balance. Fabrixa’s checklist estimates roughly three minutes for company details, one minute for the address, and two minutes to deposit funds.
